Marketing Activities
Rest assured we will not use your information and data to promote or advertise any third party’s products or services without your consent. If you provide consent, then you may opt out at any time. To opt out of any marketing or advertising please contact us at support@myreincloud.com and specify which communication you no longer wish to receive.
However, please understand, there may still be information that is sent to you regarding a product or service you are using that is relative to your account.
Your data and information may be aggregated and used anonymously. Some of the ways this information may be utilized are:
- to enhance, deliver, and administer ReinCloud services
- to provide demographic information on a county, state, and country level for marketing purposes
Data Access & Transfer
We want you to have the ability to share your data with those whom you trust. We will NOT share your data or information:
- with others without your consent, except with Service Providers.
“Service Providers” are companies and consultants that we work with to provide ReinCloud products and services. Examples include software development partners, customer service, and for Reinke customers, this may include your certified Reinke Dealer.
We’ll do our best to keep you as a customer but if you decide to go, we’ll make sure you can take your data with you. You may request an export of your data at anytime by emailing support@myreincloud.com and specify your intent and the data you wish to have exported. Your data will be exported using a .csv file format and packaged into a .zip file for transfer.
Even though your data has been exported, it may still reside on ReinCloud servers for some period of time. You may at anytime request the removal of this data from the servers by emailing support@myreincloud.com and specify your intent to permanently remove your data from the system.
Your data that has been aggregated and made anonymous will not be able to be removed from the system.
Information We Collect
As a ReinCloud customer, we may collect from you the following information:
- Name, address, landline and cellular phone numbers
- Preferred language
- Email address
- Equipment location(s)
- Farm location(s)
- Browser, device, and demographic information
- Internet protocol address
- Photos or text messages (SMS) that you may send to us
We may use this information in the following ways:
- to contact you
- to enhance, deliver, and administer ReinCloud services that you subscribe to or use
- to communicate with you about ReinCloud services, which you can opt out of at anytime
- to fulfill request you make
- to provide technical or customer support requests
- to seek your voluntary feedback on features or content
We may also use your information for internal purposes including auditing, data analysis, system troubleshooting, and research.
TEXT MESSAGE (SMS) COMMUNICATIONS
As a ReinCloud customer, we may send to you SMS messages in order to support your technical requests as well as other messages we think you’d be interested in receiving. A ReinCloud support representative may instruct you to send a text message containing a photo of your equipment, website, or app issue to a provided phone number, in order to help our team diagnose the problem.
What we may collect:
- your mobile phone number
- photo or SMS messages you send
- records to support the diagnosis and solution to service request you may make
How we use it:
- to contact you
- to enhance, deliver, and administer ReinCloud services that you subscribe to or use
- to communicate with you about ReinCloud support requests
- to fulfill request you make
Text messages and photos received through this process are used only to assist in resolving the specific technical issue reported. ReinCloud support representatives may reply with clarifying questions or links to relevant self-service resources on our website. Your phone number is not shared with third parties and is not used for marketing purposes.
Message frequency and rates:
- Message frequency varies based on your support interaction. Message and data rates may apply.
- To Opt-out, you may reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving further text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at support@myreincloud.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Security
We believe in securing your information and data that is being collected. We use technical and reasonable organizational efforts to safeguard this information and data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration. However, we cannot guarantee the complete security of these efforts. If you have reason to believe that your information and data is at risk, immediately notify us using the contact information provided in the “Contact Us” section of this policy.
Use of Services by Minors
ReinCloud does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use MyReinCloud.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
International Users
ReinCloud services is controlled, operated and administered from our offices within the USA. If you access ReinCloud from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the ReinCloud content accessed through MyReinCloud.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Updates to the Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy at anytime. The “Last Updated” date will be posted at the top of this page. Your use of ReinCloud following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
